Ingredients:
60ml Bacardi white rum
Sugar syrup/Lime juice – as per requirement
A lime wheel for garnish
Glass: Fancy Cocktail glass.
Method:
Put lots of ice into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lime juice, sugar syrup and rum over the ice. Shake thoroughly until a frost forms. Strain into a salt rimmed Cocktail glass.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
60ml Vodka
150ml Tomato juice
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
A good measure of lemon juice
A dash of Tobassco sauce
Salt & Pepper for taste
A slice of lemon
A sprig of mint or a stick of Celery to garnish
Method:
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir it well till all ingredients mix completely. Strain into a ‘rolly-polly’ glass rimmed with salt and garnish with a Lemon wheel, Celery stick and Mint sprig.
Sex on the Beach
Ingredients:
45ml Vodka
15ml Peach Schnapps
150ml Orange or Cranberry juice
A dash of lime juice
A slice of orange to garnish
Method:
Put Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Orange/Cranberry juice into a ‘Collins’ glass and stir well. Garnish with a slice of Orange and Cherry.
Pina Colada
Ingredients:
45ml White rum
15ml Malibu (coconut flavor)
90ml Pineapple juice
A dash of sugar syrup
A slice of Pineapple
A cocktail cherry
A generous measure of fresh cream
Method:
Place cracked ice, Rum, Malibu, Cream, Sugar syrup and Pineapple juice into a Cocktail shaker. Shake lightly to mix and strain into a fancy goblet or any Brandy balloon. Garnish with a slice of Pineapple and Cherry.
Mandy
Ingredients:
30ml Gin
15ml Peach flavor liquid
15ml Orange flavor liquid
Orange juice to top
Fancy wine glass and an Orange slice to garnish or a sprig of Mint with a cherry perched on top.
Method:
Shake all ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a fancy wine glass with ice in it.
